Critical Rule

All copyright claims must be resolved within 72 hours of detection.

Unresolved claims after the deadline result in the following penalties:

10+ claims	72 hours	Channel Suspension + Payment Hold

2 copyright strikes within 90 days

→ Channel removed from network + Payment hold

3 strikes within 180 days

→ Account permanently suspended

Non-exclusive content detected

→ Permanent payment hold + Channel removal — amount NEVER released

Monetization suspended

→ Revenue held until restored within 30 days

Content ID Matching manually enabled on linked channel

→ Strict violation — never do this

All copyright claims must be resolved within 72 hours of detection.
Penalty tiers: 1–5 unresolved claims = 20% revenue deduction · 6–10 = 30% deduction · 10+ = channel suspension + payment hold.
2 copyright strikes within 90 days → Channel removed from network + payment hold.
3 strikes within 180 days → Account permanently suspended.
Non-exclusive content detected → Permanent payment hold + channel removal. The held amount is NEVER released.
Monetization suspended → Revenue held until restored within 30 days.
Content ID Matching must NEVER be manually enabled on a linked channel.

Manager-level YouTube Studio access to our designated email is required before linking.
Channel name changes must be reported to Visva CMS+ in advance.
New Channel Creation requires linking at least 1 existing channel first.
New channels created under our network carry a 2-year minimum commitment.
Unauthorized changes to a linked channel may affect your account status.

Music channels: 100% exclusive audio AND video are required.
Entertainment channels: exclusive video; flexible audio policy (non-exclusive, remix, cover, AI-generated all allowed).
Minimum 1 public video upload per calendar month.
No prior demonetization history allowed.
No prior policy or copyright violations.
Content ID operations must be performed via the CMS Dashboard ONLY.

Monetized channels are reviewed on a revenue basis: 70% (lower) / 75–80% (growing) / 80–85% (high).
Non-monetized YPP-eligible channels are evaluated by our Internal Review Team.
Revenue share is FIXED FOREVER once agreed — it will never change.
Formal written digital acceptance is required via the dashboard before linking.
No channel will be linked without a signed Creator Agreement.
