Critical Rule

All copyright claims must be resolved within 72 hours of detection.

Unresolved claims after the deadline result in the following penalties:

10+ claims	72 hours	Channel Suspension + Full Payment Hold

2 copyright strikes within 90 days

→ Channel removed from network + immediate payment hold

3 copyright strikes within 180 days

→ Account permanently suspended — no reinstatement

Non-exclusive content detected

→ Permanent payment hold + channel removal. Held amount is NEVER released under any circumstances.

Fake copyright strike received

→ Payment held until strike is fully cleared

Monetization suspended by YouTube

→ Revenue held until monetization restored within 30 days

Content ID manually created from YouTube channel

→ Strictly prohibited. All Content ID must be done ONLY through the Visva CMS+ dashboard.

All copyright claims on linked channels must be resolved within 72 hours of detection.
Penalty tiers: 1–5 unresolved claims = 20% revenue deduction · 6–10 = 30% deduction · 10+ = channel suspension + full payment hold.
2 copyright strikes within 90 days → Channel removed from network + immediate payment hold.

Content ID must ONLY be managed through the Visva CMS+ dashboard — never manually created from your YouTube channel.

Manager-level YouTube Studio access to our designated email is required before linking.
Channel name changes must be reported to Visva CMS+ in advance.
A client cannot request new channel creation upon first joining. An existing channel must be successfully linked first.
Once your linked channel is live and performing well, new channel creation can be discussed for the future.
Unauthorized changes to a linked channel may affect your account status.

Music channels: 100% exclusive audio AND video are required.
Cover song videos allowed ONLY if the video itself is exclusively produced by the creator (Affiliate MCN program).
Entertainment channels: exclusive video; flexible audio policy (non-exclusive, remix, cover, AI-generated, licensed background music all allowed).
No AI-generated music in CMS+ music channels.
No prior demonetization history allowed.

Monetized channels are reviewed on a revenue basis: 70% (lower) / 75–80% (growing) / 80–85% (high).
"Apply Now" stage channels are evaluated individually by our Internal Review Team — no fixed slab applies.
Revenue share is FIXED FOREVER once agreed — it will never change, regardless of channel growth.
Formal written digital acceptance is required via the dashboard before linking.
No channel will be linked without your explicit written consent.
