Visva Music LLC is an American music company offering two core services — Visva CMS+ for YouTube channel management, and Visva Music Distribution for global music distribution to 200+ DSPs worldwide.
What is Visva CMS+?+
Visva CMS+ is our YouTube MCN and Content Management platform. We match your YouTube channel to the best-fit network from our 13 exclusive CMS/MCN partners within 72 hours, and ensure you receive the most competitive revenue share possible.
What is Visva Music Distribution?+
It delivers your music to 200+ DSPs across 180+ countries — Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, JioSaavn, and more. We also provide Content ID, publishing, and sync licensing.
Eligibility & Application
Do I need to be fully monetized to join?+
No. If the "Apply Now" button is visible in your YouTube Studio Earn section, you are eligible — even if YouTube hasn't approved your monetization yet. You need at least 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours.
What is the minimum requirement?+
4,000 watch hours, 1,000 subscribers, 100% exclusive content, zero active copyright strikes, and no prior channel demonetization history.
How long does the review take?+
72 hours from the time you submit your channel through the client dashboard.
Can I link multiple channels?+
Yes. Each channel is evaluated individually and may be matched to different networks with different revenue share percentages.
Can I get a new channel created through Visva?+
Not immediately. You must first successfully link an existing channel. New channel creation can be arranged after your existing channel is performing well in our network.
How do I apply?+
Click "Apply Now" on our website. Fill in your name, phone, email, and YouTube or Spotify link. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Revenue & Payments
How is my revenue share determined?+
For monetized channels — based on current monthly revenue (70% to 85%). For "Apply Now" stage channels — our internal team decides based on subscribers, watch hours, content quality, and growth potential.
Will my revenue share ever change?+
No. Once confirmed and accepted by you, it is FIXED FOREVER — it never changes.
When will I receive my payment?+
Revenue earned in Month M is paid by the 5th of Month M+3. For example, January earnings are paid by April 5th.
What is the minimum payout?+
USD $100.00 accumulated balance is required before a payout is processed.
Content & Copyright
Can I use non-exclusive music on my channel?+
Music channels require 100% exclusive audio and video. Entertainment channels (Affiliate MCN) allow non-exclusive audio, remixes, covers, and AI-generated music — but video must still be exclusively yours.
What happens if I get a copyright claim?+
Resolve it within 72 hours. If unresolved: 1–5 claims = 20% deduction, 6–10 = 30% deduction, 10+ = channel suspension and full payment hold.
What happens if my channel gets copyright strikes?+
2 strikes within 90 days → Channel removed from network + payment hold. 3 strikes within 180 days → Account permanently suspended.
