Getting Started

What is the minimum requirement to join?+

Your channel must generate a minimum of $50 USD in the last calendar month, be enrolled in YPP with active monetization, have zero copyright strikes in the last 90 days, and upload at least 1 public video per month.

How long does the application review take?+

Our team reviews applications within 2–3 business days of submission.

Do I need to grant account access?+

Yes. You must grant Manager-level access to our designated YouTube Studio email before your channel can be linked.

Can I apply with a channel that is not yet monetized?+

Music channels that are YPP eligible (1,000 subscribers + 4,000 watch hours) can apply. Entertainment channels must be actively monetized.

Revenue & Payments

How is my revenue share percentage determined?+

For monetized channels, it is based on your channel's current monthly revenue — ranging from 70% (lower revenue) to 80–85% (high revenue). For YPP-eligible channels not yet monetized, the percentage is decided by our internal review team.

Will my revenue share percentage ever change?+

No. Once your revenue share is confirmed and agreed upon, it is FIXED FOREVER and will never change.

When will I receive my payment?+

Revenue earned in Month M is paid by the 5th of Month M+3. For example, January earnings are paid by April 5th.

What is the minimum payout threshold?+

USD $100.00 accumulated balance is required before a payout is processed.

What payment methods are available?+

Bank Transfer (domestic & international), UPI, Wise, and PayPal. All payments are in USD.

How long does payment processing take?+

3–7 business days after the payout request is approved.

What can cause a payment hold?+

Active copyright violations, incomplete KYC, or channel suspension can all result in a payment hold.

Channel Management

Can I create a new YouTube channel through Visva CMS+?+

Yes. However, you must first link an existing channel. The new channel will be managed by our team with a minimum 2-year commitment and full revenue share benefits.

Can I rename my YouTube channel?+

You must inform Visva CMS+ in advance before making any channel name changes. Unauthorized name changes may affect your account status.

Can I create Content ID claims directly from my YouTube channel?+

No. You must NEVER create Content ID from your YouTube channel directly. All Content ID operations must be done exclusively through our dedicated CMS Dashboard.

Copyright & Policy

What happens if I get a copyright claim?+

All copyright claims must be resolved within 72 hours of detection. Unresolved claims result in revenue deductions: 1–5 claims = 20% deduction, 6–10 claims = 30% deduction, 10+ claims = Channel suspension + payment hold.

What happens if my channel gets copyright strikes?+

2 strikes within 90 days → Channel removed from network + payment hold. 3 strikes within 180 days → Account permanently suspended.

What if non-exclusive content is detected on my channel?+

Your channel will be immediately removed from the network and a permanent payment hold will be placed. The held amount will never be released.

What happens if my channel's monetization gets suspended?+

Your revenue will be held until monetization is restored. This must happen within 30 days.

Are entertainment channels allowed to use non-exclusive audio?+

Yes. Entertainment channels (Affiliate MCN Program) can use non-exclusive audio, remixes, cover songs, and AI-generated music. However, video content must be exclusively owned.
